This project involved the alteration and addition of a Federation-style house.

The original front portion — including three bedrooms and the lounge — was retained and renovated. A new ground-floor extension featuring an exposed concrete, open-plan kitchen was added, along with a new second-storey addition.

A separate studio was also constructed at the rear of the property.
